The receivers are outstanding. Tolbert needs to get some playing time. It looks like they have 4 solid receivers this year. They only had 1 last year. It looks like Turpin and Brooks can give them some depth as well.
I think that Schoonmaker is going to be a good player. Both as a blocker and receiver.
Grier made some bad decisions. Especially on the 2nd and 1. However, he is OK as the 3rd qb. They will cut him and bring him back.
On defense. Cox and Harper will have to step up with the loss of Overshown.
Joseph had a decent game. He is much better inside.
Thomas number 30 looks like he should make the team. Very good aggressive tackler. Maybe Bell should make the team as well.
I think that Mazi Smith will be fine in this defense. Between him and Hankins they will occupy the middle and free up the others to make the tackles.
Land looks like he has a shot to make the team. I bet that he plays a lot next week. If he does make it, maybe Fowler could be used in trade. Williams looks good and shouldn’t play next week.
Clark looks outstanding and shouldn’t play next week.
Aubrey is kicking the ball well. Both of his 33 yard extra points were right down the middle and all of his kickoffs in both games were touchbacks.
